2.2 Free Peace of Mind Trial
We offer a free trial period during which our management services are provided at no cost. During this trial:
- You pay only your Facebook advertising budget directly to Facebook
- Our management services are completely free
- Trial duration and terms are specified in your service agreement
3. Client Responsibilities
3.1 Information Provision
You agree to provide:
- Accurate business information and marketing materials
- Access to your Facebook Business Manager account
- Timely responses to our requests for information
- Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
3.2 Facebook Account Requirements
- You must have a valid Facebook Business Manager account
- Your Facebook account must comply with Facebook’s terms of service
- You are responsible for maintaining your Facebook account in good standing
3.3 Budget and Payments
- You are responsible for setting and funding your Facebook advertising budget
- All advertising costs are paid directly to Facebook by you
- You must ensure adequate budget is available for campaigns to run effectively
4. Our Responsibilities
4.1 Service Delivery
We will:
- Provide professional Facebook advertising management services
- Monitor your campaigns during business hours (Monday-Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM GMT)
- Provide regular reporting on campaign performance
- Respond to inquiries within 48 hours during business days
4.2 Compliance
We will ensure our services comply with:
- Facebook’s advertising policies
- Medical spa advertising regulations
- General advertising standards
5. Limitations and Disclaimers
5.1 Results Disclaimer
- We cannot guarantee specific results, lead numbers, or return on investment
- Facebook advertising performance depends on many factors outside our control
- Past performance does not guarantee future results
- Market conditions, competition, and Facebook policy changes may affect results
5.2 Platform Dependencies
- Our services depend on Facebook’s platform and policies
- Facebook may change their policies, which could affect your campaigns

7. Service Terms
7.1 Service Commencement
Services begin once:
- You accept our proposal
- We have access to your Facebook Business Manager
- Initial consultation is completed
7.2 Termination
Either party may terminate services with 30 days’ written notice. Upon termination:
- We will provide a handover document
- You retain access to all campaign data
- Outstanding fees become immediately due
7.3 Refund Policy
- Free trial services: No refunds applicable as no fees are charged
- Paid services: Refunds considered on a case-by-case basis for unused services
8. Data Protection
Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and UK GDPR requirements. By using our services, you consent to our data processing practices as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
9. Compliance and Legal
9.1 Medical Spa Compliance
You warrant that:
- Your medical spa operates legally in your jurisdiction
- All services advertised comply with medical advertising regulations
- You have appropriate licenses and certifications
9.2 Advertising Compliance
You agree that all advertising content will:
